My background as a performer deeply shapes the way I work — with precision, attention to detail, and a deep sense of how the body moves. Classes are built around clarity, control, and intention, helping you develop strength that supports your body and mobility that lasts. Breath is integrated to support efficiency and body awareness.

I aim to create a way of moving that feels strong, grounded, and sustainable — something you can trust and return to over time.
